Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to Campaign Creators. By submitting a campaign on Sufficiently Good, you agree to all terms below.

1. What is Sufficiently Good?

Sufficiently Good is a platform that enables Campaign Creators to fund small acts of goodness performed by Act Performers around the world. Creators specify an act, set a per-person pledge, and cap total spend. Performers complete the act and earn the pledged amount upon verification.

2. Campaign requirements

Acts must be legal, achievable, and genuinely good in nature
The minimum pledge is $0.20 per person
Acts must not require performers to spend their own money
Acts must not involve deception, harm, or any illegal activity
Sufficiently Good reserves the right to reject any campaign at its sole discretion

3. Payment and refunds

When a campaign is launched, funds are captured and held in escrow. Funds are released to performers only after each act is verified by our team and/or rated by you.

All payments are non-refundable once performers begin completing acts
If a campaign ends with unused funds (budget cap not reached), the remainder is credited to your Sufficiently Good account or refunded within 14 days at your request
Payment processing fees of up to 3% apply and are included in your total

4. Act verification

Sufficiently Good uses a combination of photo/comment evidence, AI review, and community flagging to verify acts. You will receive a report for each completed act and have the opportunity to rate it. Acts you rate poorly may result in payment being withheld from performers after review.

5. Prohibited content

You may not create campaigns that involve:

Political campaigning or electioneering
Religious proselytising without clear labelling
Commercial promotion or advertising
Collection of personal data from performers
Any act that could be considered harassment

6. Privacy

Performer details (full names, precise locations) are never shared with Campaign Creators. You will see first name, city/country, and any photo or comment they choose to share. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Sufficiently Good is a platform and not responsible for the actions of individual performers. We make reasonable efforts to verify acts but cannot guarantee every submission is authentic. Disputes should be raised within 14 days of an act being marked complete.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
